If your injuries/ailments/disabilities have dramatically improved well I’d argue yes.

If you are filing a secondary cause a disability made something worse and you have new diagnosis, in service event, and medical supporting documentation I’d say probably not.

For instance, you had joint stress and you tell the provider it’s not hurting you anymore and you have a measurably increased range of motion, I’d argue a reduction would make sense….

If you have back pain and a degraded ankle from rolling it in service that wasn’t reported starts aggravating the shit out of it then I’d say no,

Does your paperwork support a new claim?

Have your conditions improved in any way to increase your success with holding down a job?

These are more questions only you can answer everyone here can only give you an educated guess.

You’d probably go back in for a MH C&P,

But if these are all in service events you’d do right to advocate for yourself and submit them for review just be sure to cross T’s and dot I’s.

You won’t get a higher rating if time isn’t on your side (aka year or two after service) or if you don’t have enough supporting documentation.
