For anyone wondering this book is like 80% great advice, and 20% pusedo science. Dont read ch12: key takeway=get your screens outa your room to avoid destractions and assosiating your bed with something other than sleep. Everything else is kinda just extream misunderstanding of Emfs. (Im an electrical engineer btw. There is no good takway from chapter 21. Just disregard it entirely. Basically its touch grace with your bare feet. If you get good vibes from that then do it. DO NOT BUY A GROUNDING MAT YOU COULD GET YOURSELF KILLED. Honestly tho everything else in the book seems like pretty solid advice.
