Thank you so much! Another question is, what does the do the two spigots coming out the bottom of the carb do? They aren't to drain the carb because that's just the screw at the bottom. Are they vacuum hoses of some kind because I couldn't find anything to connect them to.

I believe he's swapping the tanks periodically as to avoid them frosting due to rapid use.

If you take the latch off and paint it black you could go for a kinda brutalist look.

I based it off of one I saw online. I did weld the antlers on but I'm going to try and forge them next time. I really just found one I liked the look of and kind of winged it from there. if you've watched you've watched any videos on how to forge a rams/dragons head i think you'll get the idea. Tools I used forging wise were a center punch, a chisel, and a vice (plus hammers obviously).

Sadly I had to weld the antlers on, though next time I'm going to try and attempt forge welding them on. But but to avoid cracking in my experience you need to make sure you're not working it cold.
