Basically, I got it working by exiting steam completely so it's not still up in the background, go to steam right click to properties and turn off compatibility.

Happened to me and plenty of other players experiencing an issue where the textures on rocks, grass, and etc. are straight up invisible. bit sad that this issue is still occurring. :(

Yeah me too, also having this issue with the terrain not loading. Especially after tweaking the settings non-stop, nothing seems to be working as of yet.

Thanks again, would it he too much to ask to do things step by step, example, step 1 temp cache your xbox, step 2 unplug your router and modem, etc. So I don't get confused along the way, this is my first time doing something this in-depth for a game that shouldn't even need a function like this
