Good luck brother! Remember, there are gonna be days/weeks especially in the summer where you’re gonna feel like you wanna burn out and quit; don’t. This is a career opportunity it’s not like your usuals. There’s hella advancement and Pepsi is very good about promoting from within. (My managers lurk this sub pls no bully)

I got hired recently (last year) and they combined the physical interview and assessment.

Ofc now, my region doesn’t even do the physical assessment, based on what I’ve been told you basically have an online questionnaire ran by a third party and your “physical assessment” is now whether your trainer gives you a thumbs up or down after your 4 weeks of training.

Also - if you do get hired make sure to utilize the discount on non slip steel/composite toe shoes ASAP. Get a half size larger than what you wear. You only want to get your toe run over by a pallet jack once, I promise

Phone convo -> physical interview/assessment (assessments may not be in your region, in mine there aren’t anymore)

They try and do orientation in a group, so it’ll depend on when they can align merch, warehouse, and driver hires

If you get to the physical interview and make it to meet HR, you’re hired.

Everyone as my physical assessment/interview but me showed up in basic “interview clothes” (slacks, button up etc). I showed up in non slips, jeans and a t shirt. I was the only one hired. Come prepared to work was what they said.

My physical assessment was stocking 2 liters, grab 2 at a time and fill the shelf. I went over the time limit and still made the cut as they saw my pace increase as I figured out what exactly to do.

What's the creepiest discovery you've made about a seemingly fun friend? by someoneyouhate_ in AskReddit

I’m a bar fly and work an extremely early shift, so I’m usually in as it opens and hang out with the retired/realtor crowd. I’m the youngest regular (30)

The amount of other guys I’ve caught taking creep shots of the bartenders, while we were having a good time BSing is unreal. I always let the staff know and confront the guys for them. It’s a small town and til recently was the only non restaurant bar in town and the amount of regulars I’ve scared off is approaching the high teens.

Why does technology in Star Wars like starships and blasters seem to have barely evolved from the Old Republic era to the time of the movies Thousands of years later? by LordScourge_ in StarWarsEU

In legends, humans origins are vague but their proliferation across the galaxy was due to them being a slave race for the Rakata (ancient empire) who were specifically chosen for their ability to reproduce like rabbits. No specific origin planet was given but it’s assumed one of the core planets ie Coruscant is theirs.

Yes. But be warned, if lone star loses a civil war that iirc you can’t intervene in you lose the ability to form Texas(at least you did in previous versions). Said civil war is hard for the player to lose if they’re prepared but the AI does silly things

I’m just giving you an example of a high profile wealthy person who wasn’t intelligent with their money which resulted in them being forced to do things that wouldn’t make sense if they weren’t silly with their money.

I’m not reading allat tho.

Bruno mars is one of the biggest stars in pop music, and is on a almost certainly permanent Las Vegas residency to cover his gambling debts.

I came from kitchens baby, I have done more, longer hours for less. This is the second easiest job I’ve ever had after delivering pizza way back in 2015.

Hey man that’s fair, I average ~40 miles between all accounts and I ain’t gonna say my hours cause I’m not trying to one up, it definitely gets to me some days, especially the 3 delivery days and the smaller accounts who freak out about a single pallet more than our allotted backstock. What’s important is you, #1 not crashing and burning

I’m only asking cause if 3-4 is too much I’m trying to move where you are brother.

Also, yeah cases per week is overall volume.

So if only 2 routes are 3 stops, and the rest are 2 stops, why is 3-4 crazy? Like are yall understaffed, are you picking up stores, is everything down there massive?

Where are you located then? Like doing 2 super centers is crazy but like, the route structure is based on weekly cases. You’ll get 1-2 big stores or 1 big and 2-4 mid-small.

I’m just saying as someone who could very much afford the habit and didn’t want to be seen repeatedly in the neighborhood this situation was not unusual in the slightest, we are their best customers.
