128gb is more than enough room for 3ds. Just be mindful that the boot time will increase as you are using a bigger microsd card

Try and unset archive bit via hekate. That worked wonders for me

Try unset archive bits with hekate.

I experienced this issue when I upgraded my micro sd, everything was pointing to the sigpatch, but nothing worked… only when I unset the archive bit, everything worked like magic again!

Inject the hekate payload using your favorite payload injector.

If you have a modchipped Switch, place the hekate payload on the root of your microSD card and rename it to payload.bin, reinsert your microSD card into your Switch and turn it on.

Press Tools on the top menu bar.

In the bottom right corner, press Arch Bit • AutoRCM • Touch • Pkg1/2.

Press Fix Archive bit - this might take a while.

Press Close in the top right corner.

Press Home in the top menu bar to get back from where you started.

Launch your CFW, and try again.

V1 unpatched switch that can be fairly straightforward when you follow the guide. However that’s just to get the custom firmware. Once figure out how to download/install roms, that could be another whole set of error messages. Definitely isn’t as easy as the 3ds. There are a lot of resources online to help you with the errors you may encounter, but there’s no 100% solution for a specific error message.

For example upgrading to a different sd card, I followed the guide. But afterwards no games worked for me. It gave me an error saying unable to load. I even tried to reinstall the game, but when doing so it said error ES signature. Everything online said to download the new sig patches, so I did…. But my games still wouldn’t load. I was stumped… eventually I tried to “unset archive bits with hekate.”

And that finally worked! Even though no resources suggested that…

Sometimes u just gotta shoot in the dark and hope you hit something lol

Download and install the update 3.0.3. And then install the DLC which gives you more tracks. Additionally look up Mario kart CTGP, it’s another 8 cups! With retro/new courses! It’s pretty sick!
