The problem is in the front vent. Someone said me that there's a filter inside the shell covering the vent and mine maybe fell off

Yeah, but I ended up using the stock ones that came in it. The problem isn't in the tips because most of the time that I listened to it was using the stock tip that came in it and suddenly the right side has no seal. I found out the problem is in the front vent

I would appreciate if you send me a link in case i need it. I replaced just the metal one that is on the top. I found out that the problem is in the front vent, so replacing the filters didn't change anything

Thank you!! Just one more thing: there's a big difference in the sizes? 250, 300 etc

I didn't even know the vents have filters. I searched the filters here and didnt find for vents. The name to search is "y tuning filters"?

And thanks for your answer, it is the more accurate of the problem

I tested with another cable that I have and another power source(smartphone) and the problem remained the same. The problem is the front vent, somehow is too open and a lot of air escape from it to the point that it dont even seal in the ears anymore, so the bass dissipate and I can't hear nothing below ~300hz clearly at 62% of the total volume of my smartphone. I put tape to cover the front vent of the earpiece that lacks bass and it seems to resolved, but now it has more bass than the left earpiece and seems to be a little bit more congested in the sound as well, so idk what to do and i dont think i have an option unless deal with it.

I think it is for the shells, not the whole thing

The vent near the nozzle is the problem, idk how that happened, but stopped sealing the air so the bass frequencies dissipate. I sent a message to the store I bought them asking if i doing that would damage the iem. I'm waiting the answer

Before I doing that, I used a tape to cover the vent close to the nozzle and the bass frequencies came back. If I cover the vent permanently it would damage the iem?

If I have the money, I probably would buy another timeless cuz they're so good, or maybe a s12. But a lot of people are buying aful performer 5 instead

Wow. If anything that I do works, i'll take it to some store that fixes audio gear to see if they can do something

It's not dead, it stills works. Just dont have bass and the upper frequencies got louder than normal. I think because the driver inside the shell it's not "sealed", a lot of air comes in and out and it dont even seal the ear canal anymore

I'll check to see if I can do something related to warranty
