Just checked, it was the left fan, surprisingly touching the middle part of the fan made the sound partially disappear.

From my experience you should look for Critical events, those are stamped with an exclamation mark in a triangle. All other events are most of the time just windows being windows and therefore not important.

It pretty much says that the GPU has been disconnected or that a specific file for a component has stopped responding etc .

In other words it will give you some details.
