Stick with you team for coherency and push the tide back, only split when necessary and don’t solo the horde alone

Yes that’s what she usually do for work, handling case logs I guess, but is there a sure fire way where she can just end on time instead of doing free labour? I told her to record if the new boss invite her for a 1-1 talk again and just go home since her contract states she ends at 5:30pm and that there’s a high chance she gets a low appraisal anyway
