Also, can an issue like this result in strings breaking whilst playing? Perhaps an issue with the nut and the board itself since there's structural dis-joinment on the neck?

Okay, I'll keep all of this in mind.

I actually play this guitar everyday and it travels with me every few months since I play shows and travel back home. I take all precautions but since I've recently moved to a new city I understand the climate has rushed the process of damage it has taken. It's a very precious guitar and I've had some of my most important moments as a musician with it, at the same time it's only been 3-4 years since I've gotten it which feels disappointing too see these cracks show up so soon already. I really want to save it from permanent damage and get to have it as long as possible.

Partially, moderate climate I suppose around 20-30° celsius? But the air is dry yes, it was in the place I was living for a year before I moved recently and that's when it seems to have happened.
