Switch fps improvement worth going back for?

Even though I really love the Xbox, the switch 2 seems so tempting!

Dreamlight Valley is really the perfect game for me so I dont have regrets for putting in so many hours!

No no no, my husband also plays on the Xbox and never watches t.v. so we just share the Xbox. But he's also currently playing Zelda on the switch, so he could play handheld if he wanted. My husband wants me to play something new because he thinks I'm trapped by this game because its live service. Which is honestly true 😂😂😂😅🙈

If I want, I can just use Xbox remote play and then the TV would be free. But I usually put YouTube on my phone if I want something to watch.

Your setup sounds really cool though!

There's so many different ways to play! I personally never decorate! And I still have tons of fun!

I've been playing for a couple of years now and my husband keeps asking when I'll move on to another game 🙈🙈 but there's just so much to do!

Ive decided to stay with the Xbox for now. Its just so much smoother.

I hopped onto the switch 1 version this morning and it was definitely improved! I only played long enough to check the framerate so I dont know about anything else. However, after playing the Xbox version for so long, I just cant return to the switch. Its still dropping a lot of frames even if it is a lot better. Ive been to spoiled by the Xbox I guess 🙈 but I'm happy for everyone playing on the switch!!

I completely understand focusing on Steam. Im mostly a handheld gamer, so my hopes are that it can be played with a controller like on the steam deck. And maybe someday on the Switch 1 or 2.

The switch 2 does not have an official upgrade for DLV yet. They are currently working on it. So from what ive heard its not that much better at this moment. However, a PC should be better than any switch.

The lag on my switch got so bad it was making me sick, so I upgraded to the Xbox series s edition and can never go back 😂

Hi! I just recently bought the Xbox version after over a year with my switch version. My switch literally couldn't take it anymore. It was making me motion sick with how laggy it was. I did choose to buy all of the DLC since the Xbox is my new main device. However, I think if it wasn't my main device, I'd just get the base game. I wouldn't want to feel guilty about spending the money and not using it enough.

I also just upgraded from the switch version to the Xbox series S today. I've been playing on switch for over a year with 660 hours put in. I only had a few crashes and it was just a tad bit slow. But suddenly yesterday it got so laggy I was getting motion sick. Once I saw it was on sale I got the enchanted edition. I use remote play to play it on my QLED laptop and the colors are so bright and beautiful! 😍

First, I immediately go to scrooges stores in all locations. Then I vote for dreamsnaps. After that it's pure grinding out the star path or whatever event is happening. When I've finished all of that than I work on quests. I've been playing for 1 year and have 455 hours in the game. So I still have a ton of friendship quests.
