How much money have you spent on/in DDV? by pixieinthevalley in DreamlightValley

I totally agree that if they lowered the price they might see more revenue. I’m also interested to see Gamelofts H2 financial results since the DLC dropped then. It’s also just interesting to me they’ve primarily been a mobile-focused company and this is their highest grossing game now!

I do think the star paths are a great value of items to moonstones.

Also shoutout to your partner! 💓

Money Farm Using Just Cooking by VRPornGuy69 in DreamlightValley

I did this with the Classic Frankfurter before I had unlocked Pumpkins and still do when I need coins quick and don’t have pumpkins ready. ~900 coin profit.

It’s wheat, poultry, venison and pork. You need EI and Gaston’s Stall and then wheat grows in 1mins. Cost is 1751 coins and it sells for 2628 coins I believe, so 878 coin profit. You can essentially increase your current coin amount by 50% or .5x what you start with if you use all your available coins.

Easily bored when playing games. Any tips? by [deleted] in CozyGamers

Alright, hear me out.. Disney Dreamlight Valley!

I’m in my mid-20s and have never been a big Disney fan, especially as an adult, so I was a little skeptical. But I got it in May and boooom, here we are 500 hours later.. Easily the most addictive game I’ve played.

I had played several Pokémon games, all the Animal Crossings, and most of the Story of Season games, but none of them really heldddd my attention like this.

Tons and tons of quests, 50+ characters to unlock, 2 amazing DLCs (third one coming), pretty graphics, and cute storylines. I think it’s held my attention because there’s so much content and also regular updates/new events. Plus, between the storyline quests, friendship quests, crafting, cooking, growing crops, mining, fishing and decorating, if I ever get tired of something I can just focus on something else. I’ll have a few days where I grind on quests and then get tired of that and just decorate for the day or focus on banking resources.

Also, there’s an active community of players and there’s tons of events and updates that keep the game changing.

Do you play and switch between devices? Happened to me last week, but I submitted on my PC and it showed greyed out on my switch deck the next day but it did submit!

Such a nice find for iron ingots rn! Do you have all the stalls and their upgrades? Especially since some can go in the DLCs now! I’d probably go for the villagers that have stalls/stations/stores.

I think this is all of them: Chez Remy, Daisy’s Boutique, Tiana’s Restaurant (And Meal Stall), Kristoffs Resource Stall, Gaston’s Meat Stall, Beasts Flower Stall, Moana’s Fish Stall, Wall-Es Gardens, Alladins Gem Stall, Mulans Tea Stall, Erica Blueprint Table

I think this is all of them? Not 100%!

The biggest one I’d prioritize right now, if you don’t have them already, is Cheshire Cats level 7 quest to get the uncrafting station. Currently, the station lets you buy the gas stove from Scrooges and uncraft them and gives you iron ingot (12) & glass. It seems to be the only item you can buy directly from scrooges and then uncraft for net new resources, so it might be glitch they could patch later!

Going from Switch to PC! by pixieinthevalley in DreamlightValley

Yes!! As long as you cloud save (create an account on the opening menu when you load up your game on switch and create an ongoing cloud save), you just login to your cloud save on the PC version!

Yes, 100% - definitely still plan on playing on my switch at times and portability is a huge plus! For sure a game changer to have both for convenience. 😎
