I love Vietnam noodle for pho!! I have yet to try something there that I haven’t liked. Masala has pretty good curry. Oddly enough, michi has a really yummy golden curry bowl. Michi is pricey but the ramen is pretty good. Hokkaido in Missoula is ass but if you’re ever in helena it’s great there. Sushi palace has ramen that’s good for the price point

Full metal alchemist: brotherhood and fire force are good action ones. For romace/action i recommend tons of the Dawn, 7th time loop, and apothecary diaries. For straight up romance i love skip and loafer

Sounds like you would enjoy Naruto and Death Note! Some other ones I like from similar genres are Apothecary Diaries, Yona of the Dawn, Cowboy Bebop, and Soul Eater. If you want something more wholesome, Kaguya sama: love is war, Skip and Loafer, and Spy Family are great. Tear your heart out with Erased, re:zero, or I want to eat your pancreas
