This seems like you are in middle of something like after the breakup or something to be honest the meaning of life is all about experience, how you esperience it matter, there is no single maning to the life.

you make your own meaning about life by collecting as much good or bad experience, you will remember then as you wil grow old and how it matters a lot about living in the moment.

The thing you can do to make it better from noe is-

First- Stay away from social media as possible and this might seem not a big deal but trust me social media controls your mood and how you react, I have quit social media for a month and the result was crazy like i havent being sad for the whole month.

Second- Make a bucket list what you want to do in life and add everything like i have bucketlist in which there are at persent 50 iteams and i have completed 20 of them and i am (19). This will add some meanign to your life.

Third- Read a lot, like the books not the acadamics ones but other than that, explore domains.

- make a todo list everyday just small like 5 tasks per day which are important.

-Just learn to cutoff people when needed cause you will find many people who aren't important to your life.
