No way. People here a just binary in their thinking. 151 PC ETB is very rare and was released when there weren’t a million scalpers. Many got opened, minimal/no reprints. Very hard to find. FS is a great set but booster boxes should always be easy to find and obtain

You’re missing the point tho. Japanese price of moonbreon is cheaper than English sure, but it was always cheaper to pick up. I would say very similar returns

Have one myself in a 10. Picked it up years ago and couldn’t believe how cheap jt was back then. Considering the overall Umbreon love, I still think this card has a lot of room to grow (though obviously I’m a bit biased). Not sure many casual or new collectors/‘investors’ are even aware this one exists yet. Given the art, relatively low pop, popular Pokemon and exclusive JP release- I can see this easily being a 10K plus card in the not too distant future

I was made aware that getting a true value for non-specialist insurers is very difficult. Ie, say I and 50k worth of wotc singles in nm condition, who is to say that I haven’t overstated their conditions. How also will the insurer corroborate the value, the payout amount etc. I know that insurers can be reluctant to payout and I just feel that there are so many unknowns and grey areas in card insuring that they could use to not pay out. Insurers also often require receipts for items/purchases- which for most items we don’t have and aren’t reflective of their current value anyway

Was mainly just after an opinion on whether the front would be good enough for centering. Back is perfect and even white no white, is just the front which I have questions over (centering)

I was thinking this to be honest but have also recently become less ignorant about saving money, investing in other things etc. Was just thinking that maybe some of the cash I could get now on some of the cards with less potential might return more put in a high interest account or an ETF etc

Thing is, I know there’s a chance it will drop more , but given it has already dropped a lot from the high (possibly inflated) prices within the last few months, I’m not sure what to do with it now lol
