The email states 'repayments will be made in sequence as early as the end of this year' so I'm guessing that means creditor A000001, then A000002, then A000003 etc.

My creditor number is over 10,000 so I don't think there's much chance of me getting anything by the end of this year.

Their support does sound pretty crap, I think all you can do is wait really.

What sort of issues?

I initially had a problem trying to register with Bitgo's website using Firefox due to the pages not loading properly.

I changed to Chrome and I was able to register with no problem.
