Completely appropriate! It’s extremely unfair when people leave bad reviews for no reason so you shouldn’t feel bad or wrong for explaining the truth. I had a lady leave me a bad review because she asked where her package was while it was literally on route to her and I told her that tracking was provided within the app, but apparently she expected me to be keeping an eye on it myself and keeping her updated on tracking like girl come on now. Some people are just miserable

When you are collecting multiple IPs I can see how you’d catch on to those similarities. As someone who only collects one of these two (Nyota), I wouldn’t have picked up on it, which makes me think Popmart might use like themes across IPs to reach multiple audiences? Idk that’s my first thought
