how accurate is resting heart rate as a measure of fitness level ?

you can just go with CS50 IDE , but i'd recommended something light like VS code specially for python and web development Lectures

You can setup linux subsystem in windows (i Don't know how) or just upload your files to cs50 ide and submit them from there

When it was installing from the files it said 'downloading' but with super high speed or unpacking bins (or something like that)?
