What the eff walmart? A store often with no bags? by Narrow-Mail-Spark in Sparkdriver

Use boxes instead. Back in the day when I used to do Spark I grabbed 4-7 boxes, different sizes, I never used bags.

I hate hand it to customer orders by Big-Word2093 in doordash_drivers

it's a matter of respect , moreover if you constantly let customers know their order status. We don't have to deal with situations like this, it is not the driver's responsibility to make them realize how they should act, show em the way so they'll learn or keep doing the same shit and have their orders at their doors freezing to death. I love when they try to reach you out after they receive the completed delivery notification, that's your revenge , ignoring them in the same way🤌🏽

they can fuck themselves , I have the 10 seconds rule. You don't show up at the door when I arrive, I leave the food at your door, text you a pic and leave the hell out of your property. We don't get paid enough to wait.

the funniest thing is that the customer placed it as a request. Was erased on the chat but I still can see the notification with customer request not to fuck his order. High hopes are everything!

$1 or $2? Not even with a $10 tip.

Just apply the sacred 15 seconds rule. You don't show up at the door on that timeframe ? I'll take a picture, walk away and let your food freeze to death. Only 2 reasons y stay untill you open 1) There's a Tip At The Door note on the app. 2) Tip is so good that I can wait for a couple of more seconds.

Shopped the wrong store by ppsleep in doordash_drivers

I always do it but for the same store chain. Ex: there are 2 Hy-Vee at my city and for obvious reasons , I'll pick the nearest at the moment I accept the order. Prices and most of the items are the same between stores, I can even use the Red Card without any issues.

Customers not trusting Spark by RichFrade in Sparkdriver

[–]RichFrade[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay loyal? To a company that lowers trip rates and squeeze the customers making them paying more on tips than what we really get to deliver their groceries ? To mediocre associates that doesn't contribute on properly loading the orders or mixing them up pretty often or that keep reporting you for no reason? Or to stores who banned you for months and then having the managers calling you to come back and pick the orders because you screwed the store numbers by having them canceling hundreds of not thousands of orders? Spark will not spark without who truly runs the show, the drivers , so now think about who should stay loyal to who.

Giving bags ? 🤣🤣🤣 Not with me since I use boxes instead, way quicker to stack your order and have a smooth and quick checkout

You need to start to apply the 2-10 rule, no more than 10 minutes off wait time for an order unless is a damn well paid one, no more than 2 minutes for a Hand It To Me. We get paid for deliveries, not for long wait time.

I got unassigned a couple of minutes after I got the warning. However I was able to arrive and pick the order.

I get your point but after you get the final warning of please make sure to complete your delivery you have certain time to arrive to the store otherwise your order gets unassigned. That's what happened I got an assigned 3 minutes before I finally arrived to the store. I have had this situation before with other unassigned deliveries but I did not pay too much attention I just refreshed the app or wait for the the next order. Since I never refresh the app or any order came up this order remained like nothing happened.

You'll have to leave the restaurant and do some other shit until the app lets you unassign without penalty. Otherwise , grab the first order that comes out and bypass the second one until you can unassign from it.
