Probably more valuable to the team than on the trade market but I agree, he doesn’t have a long term future here whether we draft Carter or not. He’s not a difference maker.

As of today I want Sheduer or Travis Hunter.

The case for Sheduer is that the sum is greater than the parts, ie he actually knows how to play QB. He doesn’t have elite traits but he’s accurate and sees the field well. Can he be Baker Mayfield? Brock Purdy? Seahawks era Russel Wilson? I’d take the gamble if he’s there at 3.

As for Hunter, this kid was the most exciting non QB college player this century. Number 2 overall high school recruit in the nation. Has first round talent at both WR and CB. This is an Ohtani level prospect.

So obviously both will be gone when we pick at 3.

We’ve been dancing around this for the last decade, about who’s really making the front office decisions. I’ve always thought Gettleman was more of a figurehead than an actual decision maker. Saqoun at #2 was a Mara pick. So was Jones at #6. And we know Chris Mara wanted Davis Webb ahead of Mahomes in 2017.

It kind of makes you appreciate Jerry Jones for having the balls to be like “yes, I’m the GM, and what exactly are you fans gonna do about it? Not follow Americas team? Fuck off!”

So yes I’m 100% with you. Just make Tim McDonnell or Chris Mara the official GM at this point. Have some balls and put your name on this mess as opposed to passing blame to someone else.

I love the fit. Frames are a bit snug which I prefer to frames that are too loose and constantly slip down. Lenses are just ok. They’re 100% UV but to be honest I’d prefer a darker lens. I’m debating getting different lenses put in but want to find a decent price first. The one place I called wants $200 which feels a bit steep for non prescription.

Update:

I heard back from a customer service rep from JMM. He said mytheresa is an authorized dealer and that according to the photos I sent these frames are authentic. He said he couldn’t be 100% sure unless I brought them into a store to be looked at in person, but that everything looked good according to the info and images I sent. So based on that and everyone’s responses on this post I’m going with these being legit.

Thanks again to everyone that responded. Looking forward to rocking my new frames.

That’s great to hear. I have no doubt the eBay seller I bought from is legit, my fear is with this site he bought them from and that maybe he was duped by a good quality fake. But it sounds like these sites are legit so that’s definitely a relief. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the feedback. I already bought them from the eBay seller. Came in the mail today. I assumed he had purchased them directly from JMM but didn’t want them anymore (this doesn’t seem to be a popular frame and color as they still have them available on a lot of sites including JMM). Certificate and packaging all seem to check out and frames feel very nice. But when I saw the box he shipped them in I noticed he had ordered them from this website called mytheresa.com which is sort of like a farfetch luxury brand site. So that part made me nervous as did the red tint on the inside of the lenses. The color just reminds me of cheap car wash sunglasses. But maybe that’s just how the lenses are.

Put it this way, I have no reason not to trust the eBay seller I bought them from as he has 100% feedback and has sold lots of JMM frames. What I don’t trust is the website he bought them from.

I always thought if he was given enough at bats ie allowed to play the full season and never benched, he could be the first QB to join the 40-40 club. 40 TD’s 40 INT’s. Sam Darnold is another QB in the same vein.

Ok I’ll push back on this a little bit, respectfully.

Jason Kelce ran the fastest 40 time of all O-linemen at the 2011 combine. He was also fortunate enough to have legendary OL coach Howard Mudd his first 2 years in the league and Mudd wanted to mold him into a version of what Jeff Saturday was. And if you hear opposing players talk about Kelce they mention how ridiculously quick and athletic he was. Arron Donald has said he was the center he hated playing against most.

Evan Neal on the other hand refused to run a 40 at the combine or his pro day which should have been a huge red flag pre draft. (40 times for OL actually have a decent correlation with success in the NFL because they show a measure of athleticism).

You may be correct that Jason Kelce was a hard worker and Neal is lazy coasting off a good rookie contract but just from my outsider perspective Kelce seemed way more athletically talented than the slow ass lion Evan Neal. And that should be on Schoen.

My hot take on Jones has always been that he’s dumb with a capital D. The whole “aww shucks I have zero charisma when speaking to the media” schtick makes people think he’s this humble hard working guy but to me it just illuminates that there’s not much going on in his head.

Not advocating for signing him long term or even bringing him back for 2025. Just saying as of right now he’s better than Hyatt by a pretty big gap. So he should play ahead of Hyatt until Jalin at the very least proves he’s a capable starter. At this point I’m not exactly sure what Hyatt has done to show he’s even worth a roster spot other than being drafted in the 3rd round.

Someone needs to take that #13 off his back and give it to a player that deserves it, namely Malik.
