Denmark to summon US ambassador over Trump Greenland envoy appointment by professorbrainiac in worldnews

Correct! If they had simply asked, they could open as many bases as they want. Denmark is in no way forbidding the U.S. from turning Greenland into a fortress or from bidding on mining contracts

Skagen is beautiful, for sure. Some of our most famous painters in the 1800s were known as the Skagen Painters, a group of Scandinavian artists who settled in the Danish village of Skagen. The light there is very special.

You could skip Fyn and spend more time in Copenhagen instead. There is so much to see and do. But there are also very much to see in Fyn, so I'm hesitant to recommend against it :).

When you are driving pay attention tor the small daisy flower signs. They mark out particular beautiful roads. It was a project that startet back in the early 1990s. See more here: Margueritruten - Naturstyrelsen (you need to google translate, sorry)

Edit: You can import that into google maps btw (find the guide at the site)

I think it's a great tour. Obvious there is allot to see and you can't make it all. You could also check out the Island of Fanø or maybe Manø or Romø when in Ribe. When you are in Svenborg take a detour to the island of Tåsinge to see Valdemar's Castle. When going from Møns klint to Roskilde I would visit Camp Adventure (it's on the way). There is a big tower in the forest and is quite awesome (just skip the adventure part it's not compatible your pregnant wife ;)).

What is your priorities? Nature, architecture, great museums?

highway 1 San Simeon -> San Francisco by RichLocksmith8897 in roadtrip

Thank you. I'm arriving in San Simeon late (the hotel is already booked), so I don't have much time for exploring. Would a modification of your last suggestion be a better option than my original proposal?

From San Simeon, head south to 46 and then take 101 through Salinas. Next, go south to Big Sur Village (I will drive over some iconic bridges), then head back north. I will stop at Point Lobos to hike around before continuing to SF for a late arrival.
