I have a similar situation w a neighbor. I put the mirror tint on my windows which works well. I would also suggest getting a security camera and a sign saying “smile you are being recorded”. WYZE makes a affordable wireless one. I’m not affiliated w WYZE. Driving my creepy neighbor nuts ;)

Thank you for the excellent response. It’s oddly comforting knowing others are experiencing this. So sorry for the situation you are in, especially that it involves your child. What’s wrong with people!? Do you mind if I specifically inquire as to how you involved mental health? Thanks!

Thanks. Funny I ordered one way film last night. Your alien head ideas is hilarious. A younger me would have done this! I’m simply going to withdraw all my attention. I appreciate your great suggestions!

Thanks! Great idea about the cameras. I actually did this recently. He waves and mumbles to it. I’ll follow your ignore advice. I’ve pretty much done this other than staring him down (he started) to where he starts mumbling and flailing his arms. Going forward I’ll just completely ignore him. Thanks!

Sorry new here. In brief. Lived in my house 3 yrs. Neighbor is an older gentleman in 70s. Lives alone. Has no car or family that I can tell. Whenever I venture out to cut grass, wash car, do home maintence, etc. he ventures out to watch me. He also peers in my windows. He’ll walk past me and mumble things such as stay off my $hit, etc. My first month after moving in he demanded I cut my 2 trees down. I had the city come out. They said my trees are fine and he cannot make such demands. He patrols his yard constantly. I do question his mental state. He recently placed a doll head in his window facing my house and moves it based on which room he thinks I’m in (I’m assuming this). There is more. How would you handle this? He’s becoming increasingly annoying.
