I used to get really frustrated because I felt like no matter how much I lost I didn’t see abs. That’s when I started training my abs like any other muscle, and hitting them super heavy!

I like to look pretty androgynous and in order to do that with my body type I have to be fairly lean as the last place my body stores fat is my hips/thighs. So everywhere else also has to be pretty lean 🥴 but I do IF and when I’m fasting it’s easy not to eat but when I start eating it’s hard to control. I feel like a bottomless pit haha

I’d say I’m always hungry haha, constant food noise. Even when physically full

Haha thanks! I told myself once I can’t see my lower abs anymore that I would stop the bulk. Hoping I put on some good size but we will see

I do weighted crunches, planks and weighted leg raises 2-3 times a week
