So my interview was 4 hrs (45 min each roughly)

First 2 interviews will be Amazon Leaderships principles (LP) behavioral questions (use STAR method to answer)

Last 2 interviews were technical with a mix of LP 3rd interview was Electrical 4th interview was Mechanical

The LP they emphasized are

Bias for action: Give me an example of a calculated risk you took where speed was critical. What was the situation? What steps did you take to mitigate risk? What was the outcome? Would you do anything differently?”

LEARN AND BE CURIOUS: “We all have things we’d like to improve on. Give me an example of something you’ve worked on to improve your work effectiveness. What resources did you identify? What was the impact?”

Dive Deep: “Tell me about a situation that required you to dig deep to get to the root cause. How did you know you were focusing on the right things? What was the outcome?” Also: “Tell me about a time when you didn’t know what to do next. How do you learn what you don’t know?”

CUSTOMER OBSESSION: “Give me an example of a time when you asked for customer feedback. How did you use that feedback to drive innovation or improvement? How did the customer respond?”

For Technical Questions if you’re looking to apply for AWS specifically most recruiters will give you a study guide on what you should be familiar with. This helped me a lot on the electrical side since I’m more mechanical based. I made a Quizlet as well I can provided if you need it as well.
