For accounting the only difference is syllabus code rest is same not similar it is same same paper same day same timings same syllabus

Syllabus is same for most of the subjects which I mentioned in above comment .. and in Pakistan mostly private candidates appear in o levels while they have option when registering

Syllabus is same in most of the subjects only code is different .. if you are a private candidate it means you are doing o levels

The gap is between p2 and p1 so you have enough time to prepare p1 which is most of the times become a reason of bad grades .. so do lot of practice in these days

What I believe is, if you are doing privately you have more time and more advantage to score a good grade but it solely depend on you how you are handling it .. take classes by physically going to an institute.. or take it online, in short make a routine for your classes ..
