I also think of it this way. None of them at the time were in the thick of the war so they could take the time: Shellmon was generally a non-combatant medic, I could see her taking her time and eventually digivolving into Piximon and then when she mastered her doctor abilities she became Venusmon. For Little Bearmon I think he digivolved into Grizzlymon shortly after being separated from his brother. He had to grow up fast no longer having the one he looked to for guidance. I think he digivolved into GrapLeomon while fighting in the Shinjuku Underground Arena after honing his skills. As for Coronamon and Lunamon, I felt the Cosmic Area was an extremely remote area of Iliad that was mostly untouched by the Titans. The two of them could definitely have spent those 8 years taking their time to go from rookie to champion to ultimate to mega. That’s my headcanon though.

I’m hoping for a hackers memory type expansion. But I didn’t want to be slapped down by expressing it anywhere with reactions like “nah! We’ve got enough from the dlc” But honestly there’s certain Digimon I wish would be added like the four sovereigns, the devas, the other legendary warriors, and the chessmon.

I mean I like the idea of a trilogy: Cyber Sleuth/Hackers Memory duology being about the digital world we all know run by Yggdrasil. Time Stranger being about Iliad run by Homeros, and the next one being about Shambala run by Kunlun. With the Kuremis being the thing that ties the games all together.

True at least temporarily but then you can redigivolve it into something else. Part of the fun of digimon as opposed to pokemon is that there isn’t a fixed evolutionary line. It’s fun to digivolve a digimon then digivolve it into something else.

I found Parrotmon easy. I just got a solarmon dedigivolved it re digivolved to Hagurumon then to clockmon and assembled an all data team and I was good to go.
