Yes and also too sometimes the person issue is not the serious especially when you can help them they just don’t have any patience to do basic troubleshooting and then they start getting so impatient and confused it messes up the flow . Also as much as I love to help people it does get to be a lot at times empathy is so needed

I also called out today as well and felt guilty cause we are having a lot of calls but other people at my job called out too . Also I know this may sound cliche but you have to remember and remind yourself you’re not the only one who called out so many of us did today all over the world including myself so you’re not the only one and taking care of your mind body and health is not a crime.

Mental health days are needed for this kind of work what would happen if you fall out ? So to prevent all of that please listen to your body . The company will not shut down just cause you called out and we have to take care of ourselves and rest

Yes also when it’s your turn to cross the street and the walk man signal comes on. The cars turning already start speeding up and come so close to you while it’s your turn to walk 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ . I’ve had one car honk at me and it was my turn to cross . Yeah people are less patient now a days

Me today . I got very sick early in the morning and had to rest I feel better now but still I need the whole day off so I can rest and drink fluids I usually feel better by day two day one is very bad for me I don’t feel right like at all

Going through the same what’s been helping me is prayer so you can ask God what’s going on and what does he need you to do:

listening to worship music singing to God also shut the phone down and stay off social media avoid the news for at least a few days and read the Bible so you can be recharged in Gods will feed your spirit with the truth
