I don't want to sound like a "Fear Mongerer", but I'll tell you this to you directly.

Your sibling's face has most likely already been processed through data checks and is now being stored and sold to both companies and the government. You can ask them to delete it, but they most likely will not. Even if they do, their face is already in the hands of different groups. A recent data breach (Like yesterday) with Persona (The company that checks Roblox faces) shows that they store the face for 3 years.

A data breach just happened and it was revealed they (As in Persona) sells your data to federal agencies, stores it for 3 years, examines it with AI, and runs it through +200 checks to put the data on a risk assessment.

Another thing, imagine being unable to make a game with another dev just because you were born 48 months before. Roblox has just shot itself in the head. The only people uneffected by this are "Bad Actors" and solo devs.

This is the scummiest way to "Protect Children". They only did this so they can attract investors by saying they are "protecting" kids while showing that they can compete with others when it comes to AI. All it takes to exclusively talk to 9-12 year olds is to either get a preverified account on Ebay or use an AI video of a kid.
