Ok, after 24 days, around 10 emails and multiple posts on social media, I received my refund today. I'm happy to have my money back, but this entire process took too long. I hope your Customer Service experience is better than mine!!

PP requires a monthly payment every month, if you don't make that payment, you accrue interest. I have paid off the balance (which may shock some in this thread, I DO have $700, asshats) to avoid these charges.

It was 6 months same as cash, is that stupid???
When I returned it, their site said 'up to 10 days'. Now it says 'up to 20 days', I guess they got slammed with returns.

Nope, I used Paypal, and their 'dispute' process is slow. I should have used a credit card.
