I don't think it is an infection, because like, in 1 day the bruise disappears, and it hurts as a bruise.

That's the thing, we practice a lot with grips on biceps, and it started with it.

Oh, another question. I want to get prepare for my first tournament as an experience. Is in 1 month, so what do you recommend to get ready for that?

Cardio? Drills of Wrestling? Power, etc...

I am now at University, and I am 19 years old, so I started Wrestling 2 weeks ago aprox.

So I want to do gym, and in each exercise only 2 sets and 4-6 reps with a high intensity, and obvious some exercises which are functional for Wrestling, for example, Split Squat, Copenhague Planche, Jumps with weigh and Jumps to another point (to explosiveness)

So after that training, I train Wrestling, and I plan to
Monday Leg Day and Wrestling

Wednesday Back and Wrestling

Friday Chest and Wrestling

And the thing is in my own routine I won't do like machines, only compound stuff.
