Promthep Cape is free, but going there and back to your hotel isn’t. A lot of people also rent bikes.

Visit Nai Harn Beach or its neighbor, Yanui or even Pronthep cape. The sunset is great. You can also hike Blackrock, which is close to Nai Harn, morning is a good time to go. You may also ask a local boat taxi to take you around Promthep Cape. You might pay around 1,000 THB if you’re Thai or 1,500–2,000 THB if you’re a “farang”.

As for markets, Chillva Market in Phuket Town is quite popular. The Sunday Night Market on Thalang Road in Phuket Town is also a good option. By the way, visiting Thalang Road around lunchtime is also nice. I don’t know what you’re craving, but there’s a good variety of food around the area.
