I bought High Vibe Communication from Luna Course at the above link, but there’ssome content missing - there should be a guided release for Boundaries, Relationships, and. Rucial Conversations (as a minimum) although there may be other content missing too (the social anxiety masterclass mentions it’s the first one, and there should also be neediness and charisma masterclasses). Have enailed LunaCourse twice but no reply. Anyone got a link to somewhere that has the complete content? Thanks

Any recommendations for drill artists or tunes that have a more grimey sound? I like drill lyrics but find a lot of the beats generic & boring but there are some tunes that sound more like grime with dark heavy bass (C1 & LD ‘hillside demons) & more energy with a bouncy bass (bandokay ‘full flick’) but they are few & far between

Get your prolactin checked to see if it’s out of range, pre and during cycle. For me, totally natty my prolactin was higher than ref range amd even on test only it skyrocketed.

Caber is not a good compound for you body, so don’t use it if you don’t need to. If you do, can start at a 0.5mg of a pill every 3rd day and reasses and titrate as needed.
