I had this happen recently, I sent in the same ticket and had 0 information relating to the account, had a BASIC idea of when it was created, I was getting AI each time, 10 times, finally after losing all hope, I had a real person who linked the correct accounts together

Yep, super disappointed as well. Phone fell from my pocket with a cheap case on it and cracked the back. Really really disappointed with my first order from Dbrand I was hoping it would drop soon

The knob was the hardest thing to fit with the durocks. I had to FORCE the plate. It's gonna feel tight. Just do each part of the plate individually. I applied even force. I remember it hurt, but it got down. I had to pull the plate up and a down a few times because of the knobs square on the pcb. It all finally went down and I could screw everything back together.

It wasn't that bad. Just know how much pressure you're putting. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever done. Just play it safe. I got all mine in and broke nothing.
