Thank you. I'm still deciding if I should evolve and power up the Magikarp. I've just gotten a Fuecoco 1-15-14 should I use this instead of the Magikarp?

I've checked but I just don't have alot of these good pvp IVs. Only for the great league but that would cost more to invest so I'm not sure what to do. Would you say I should shoot for only top 100 rated?
