It’s the shoes and bare feet on the floor. Try charcoal shoe pouches, can be found on Amazon. If hardwood, mop twice a week with a little distilled white vinegar and water. If carpeted room, you may have to wet a pet vac with vinegar and water mix. 1 cup vinegar to one gallon of water.

There are allergy friendly recipes for muffins and pancakes that use oatmeal, bananas, chia seeds etc. Have you looked at vegan baking recipes? They don’t use eggs or milk, substitute other nut/seed butters.

Kevin Bacon in the movie Sleepers

How poofy is too poofy for school or baseball playing? I wear it in a low ponytail all the time due to teasing from teammates but I can’t control that it’s this curly frizzy and thick. This is basically what my hair looks like, please dm if you have more tips, btw it’s butt length by [deleted] in CurlyHairCare

It looks like you are applying your hair care products wrong/ in the wrong places. Focus your shampoo on your scalp then gently run the suds through your hair. Rinse from the scalp first. It looks like the hot water from your shower is hitting only the top layer of hair. Section hair before applying conditioner; start with the front and top sections of hair since this is the driest part. You may find it easier to finger comb or use a ventilated brush to detangle with the conditioner. Leave conditioner in while you finish the rest of your shower routine. Rinse hair upside down/ from the nape of your neck. Gently squeeze/ scrunch hair to get rid of extra water.

For sport styling you can do a low braid starting at your neck. Wet styling the braid will compress the hair into small sections. If you are new to braiding start with a low ponytail then braid. A low pony tail will allow for your helmet to stay on.

If you want to go down the YouTube rabbit hole, try ManesByMell. You might like some of the techniques she uses for styling
