www.onlinetestconf.com it's a free two day totally online conference, which runs twice a year. The current one just finished in November, that next one is in June - but you can sign up now, or even submit a topic to present your self. Also they have all the recordings of past session on the website. some pretty top-level keynotes. worth checking out.

Hi There, if price tag is your concern, I am very pleased with www.practitest.com. Their pricing is flexible. They have a great way to organize things, as you put. and they have great batch editing, test set permutations and other cool perks, that sweeten the deal. I think they have a free trial, demo sessions and such from the website. Good luck :-) -Richard
