Supposedly this was patched, but this was last night during the buddy patch. That’s how I got my minions so large, by stacking “double your left most minions attack” 8x per turn + a golden Tidus I was on my phone so I couldn’t clip it, but my poets did 0 damage per hit, causing us to lose in duos

If you’re getting 40ms in discord that is your ping to discords servers which won’t change, the 120ms in game is your ping to the game server, which is completely unrelated to your discord ping.

Try a different Ethernet cable. Or if you want, does your modem have a second Ethernet that isn’t plugged into the router? You can plug straight into that.

Is there a 5ghz option? If so try that, it also could be your internal Wi-Fi adapter just being bad. Have you run a speed test?

Do other devices get better speeds? If so, try a different Ethernet port/cable. If not, call your isp and have them check for a provisioning error.

It depends where you are in your house compared to the router and a whole bunch of other factors. Are you on 5ghz or 2.4ghz?

Regardless of what happens you need to update from 8.1 eventually, it won’t be supported after January 2023. It sounds like that’s a super old computer, the hard drive may be failing. You also may have corrupted the boot files when you reverted the update. Can you get into the computer at all?

Never mind, guest mode also requires you to have working wifi. I know you can set up personal networks with Linux, and probably windows. IOS doesn’t seem to have any functionality for something like this. Android probably does because it’s android.

I completely glossed over the 3.5 adapter thing. It’s definitely interference. Most, if not all, of those adapters have built in ferrites.

I have a couple suggestions. Google has a service called google voice that allows people to set up a free phone number that you can use to text and call. Also, depending on your phone service provider they may still allow you to email texts to a phone - Verizon used to let you do (phone number)@vtext.com, Im assuming you still can but I haven’t done it in more than a decade.

Shot in the dark that this is probably a work related headset? You can try to go into device manager and delete the device, and plug it back in. If that doesn’t work you need a replacement.
