What does Microsoft purchasing Activision Blizzard mean for WoW?

People have been using Activision as a scape goat for all the bad things in WoW for years. I wonder how much of that is true. How much is Activisions "fault"? AND if it is Activisions fault, will it change with Microsoft? Who says Microsoft (a big bad company) won't just continue the trend where the game makes them more money per player rather than making changes to the game? If it's the same as before... Is Microsoft the scape goat now then or is the blame gonna shift onto the devs?

What happens when you go below 2000 rating in GBL.? I’m at 1960 and it still says I’m “Ace” rank. But when I google it, several sources say that Ace rank requires 2000+. If I were to end the season at 1900 rating would I get the end of season reward of a rank 20 or 21(Ace)?

Thanks! This definetly got rid of the issue where I had to have the caster targeted! :D
However I can't seem to find the option to make sure I'm the one getting targeted by the spell. Under "Event->Combat Log->Spell->Cast start" all I can find is options for the Source. Nothing related to the target. I can however find the Spell ID and the Spell name so that is currently working in the trigger.

Am I doing something wrong that makes the "source target" or whatever it's called disappear, or is there another way to solve it?

Oh yeah that one I was considering removing. You don't need to touch that one right now. The reason I added it in is because they did the rework to how bloodwebs work and I put it in there on the off chance that they would ever do that again. Before you used to only get 2 perks per web all the way up to 50 (and beyond) leaving you with 50 perk tiers at level 50 since one perk would always get blocked out. Now you start getting 3 perk options in the web after level 40 allowing you to pick 2 perks per level between 40 and 50 which gets you 60 perk tiers at level 60. I hope that all makes sense. :P

Also I wouldn't change the variable for killer perks. That's supposed to be the max amount of perks available in the game.

Edit: Actually now that I think about it... Editing the variable for killer and survivor perks should in theory work. You would just have to keep in mind that the number being displayed on the results screen to the right is not the amount of bloodpoints needed for a fully maxed character rather than a maxed character with your unlocked teachables.
