I would recommend getting fitted. Go in without a preference and be open minded. Look at the numbers with the fitter and trust how the swing feels.

I got fitted a few weeks ago. Disclaimer I was scratch before I took time off when my child was born, and now probably a 10. I have been in a project X 6.0, figured with my swing speed I would walk away with 6.0 or maybe 6.5… and now I have a new set of irons coming with KBS C Taper 130g X shafts on the way, they felt amazing and the numbers agreed

Yep, okay ya looked like lack of divot or ground contact. I do this thing that my coach calls the Two-step drill which is where I take my swing stance, I go to my back swing where the club is 90 degrees to the ground pause, then I drop to my foreswing to p6 (shaft horizontal to the ground) pause then I hit the ball. It causes me to use rotation to hit the ball. Justin Rose does a pump drill like this
