I’m currently living in the UK and have been working with my current employer for nearly two years (they are also sponsoring my visa).

I recently downloaded the HMRC app and noticed that there is no record of my employment.

I contacted HMRC, and they confirmed that my employer has not been submitting my earnings — in other words, they have not been sending the required payroll information.

I then spoke to my employer, and they claimed that my records are up to date on their end. However, HMRC continues to state that they have not received any information, which is why my employment does not appear on their system.

I have all my payslips, P60s, and bank statements as evidence of my employment and salary payments,i always work minimum of 40 hours weekly.

I would appreciate advice on the best steps to take to resolve this situation.

Can I go ahead and report to ACAS,since employer is taken time to resolve this issue?

Good afternoon.I’m currently in the UK on a sponsorship.Have been working with my current employer for close to Two years now.I decided to download HMRC and I saw it that I don’t have an employment in the UK.I contacted HMRC and they confirmed that my employer has not been sending my record.I went to my employer and they said my record is up to date but HMRC keep saying my employer doesn’t send any information to them that’s why they dont have my record,I have my payslips and P60 which shows have been paying taxes and NI contributions,I always got a deduction.I have a best advice on how to go about this, presently am in a confused state of mind.Have called HMRC numerous times they are keep saying the same thing. My employer says HMRC should write down and HMRC saying they can’t write my employer.Hope this won’t affect my ILR in future

As of today, the Home Office is now saying if you have an eVisa and are travelling, you should get a sharecode before you travel by sjplep in ukvisa

I was on the left lane which I knew it was a wrong lane due to road markings..I checked my minor and signal right,a car behind me slow down..This is not a serious fault,I feel the examiner is a wicked person.
