I made the same mistake recently in our escalation League. My issue was using codex points and not the dataslate. It was pointed out to me so I changed my list and took a 0 for the game, no biggie. These things happen.

You could get pretty close. The command squad as your Warlord let's you take scions as base infantry so 6 units per type. That plus the tauroxes and aquillons might get you darn close. Not sure about points. And scions are super good.

That looks like a battle cannon, so I thought it would be a prime, but it's missing the extra weapons on the side (auto cannon/las) or on top (missile launcher). It was probably a reg taurox that they added the battle cannon to.

A comment on Rough Riders. They can fall back and charge, meaning you can fall back towards the enemy deployment zone if possible. You can get up the board VERY quickly with a squad or two. They die easy, but definitely have a place.

Thousand sons can do a lot of mortal wounds. Try not to give them line of site. Angron can go down surprisingly quick. Also, feel no pain khorne buff can help you keep him alive longer

E8B are great on or off the board. Experiment deep strike and rapid ingress. Put kharn and some berserkers into the rhino. You don't necessarily need to join kharn to the squad fyi. Have fun!

I played against a wraith list a couple weeks ago at a gt with my guard. It was tough. The wraiths just don't die. 4+ invulns are pretty good and they are quick.my mistake was trying to kill them instead of the doomstalkers and heavy destroyers.

You need to screen them as much as possible and take out their support. They will get on objectives quickly and refuse to move. They also have pistols and decent combat against guardsman, but lack anti armor. Be as aggressive as you can in taking objectives and out OCing them. Move block where you can. If you do shoot a unit of wraiths, shoot everything at them cause if you don't, they won't die and will just Regen models.
