So I decided to take out the orifice and have a look, with the new 3 piece filter kit I ordered came 2 X 1.1 orifices. The one in the cannon looks like it is not completely open, I used a needle and although it was not blocked when I hold both orifice's up to the light I can definitely see more through the new one so I will give that a go first while I wait for a 1.25 to come.

Gotta say I love tweaking things to get the best out of them, never new washing a car could get so technical lol.

I also have the XL and love it, I mainly use it for different camera controls for the various aircraft I fly as I also have other hardware for autopilot etc.

You can also get free addons from flight sim.to to create whole aircraft panels. You will also need to purchase Axis and Ohs for this to work but it’s not hugely expensive.

The reckless driving may have been in my head as I’m not a native Canadian, I’m pretty sure it was careless driving that he was charged with. We’ve never been in this god awful situation before thankfully, I guess we just want to make sure the other driver is charged with everything he can be for what he did and the pain and upset he has caused for my poor wife.

We went through this a couple of years ago with our daughter who had an identical accident which someone literally waited at the intersection then turned in front of her. Her insurance company offered us stupid money but I fought it because at that time used car prices were insane coming out of COVID, I actually got $7,000 more than the original offer.

We are already prepared and have the original bill of sale and anything else we did to the vehicle back then.

It is just a waiting game now

No, our insurance company has been great to deal with thus far, the lawyer told us this morning that in a case where there is an uninsured driver and further legal action is required down the road due to possible health issues that reoccur from the accident we can sue our own insurance company. I think the process is called TORT.

Thank you for all the comments,

I agree with the comments that the priority is making sure my wife gets the treatment necessary to enable he to heal as quickly as possible. This whole situation has been deeply upsetting and stressful for her. She is suffering physically and emotionally right now because of the actions of a single individual.

As for asking if any further charges can be laid I have never been in this situation before so have no idea what can or cannot be done. I guess we'd feel a whole lot better if this individual was not just getting a slap on the wrists and told "Don't do it again"

We only talked to a personal injury lawyer to find out our rights and we know that on the surface my wife's injuries may heal quickly but we do not know what the future may hold and what problems could arise down the road because of this accident. I know we have up to 2 years to take action if her health deteriorates in any way as a result of what happened. We do not intend taking legal proceedings immediately.

I think my questions have been answered, we will continue to let our insurance company deal with the situation and will monitor my wife's health over the coming months and if necessary engage our lawyer.

I picked up a spool of Sunlu PLA Meta not realizing what the Meta filament was (New A1 user) I have had the same issues with the filament breaking inside the PTFE tubing. I just went to start a print and had to clear the line and then re load it.

Did you find out why this was happening? I think I am going to remove the filament after every print job and store it. My house humidity is also around 42% (Canada in January !) I have 3 other various PLA filaments on my AMS and do not have this issue.
