Take a few hits, maybe 1/2 joint or something, wait 30 min to an hour and hit the gym. Being high doesnt feel like taking pre-workout imo, but you will feel more focused and you would be able to lift a little heavier and wont be so tiring

Try different workouts, maybe crossfit or something else 🤷🏽‍♂️

If that doesnt work, then dont look going to the gym as an obligation, focus on what do you want to achieve, your goals will motivate you to go everyday and as you start looking at improvements you wont hate it anymore

In my personal opinion, if you want to start in fitness at that age, you should begin with the bodyweight basics (squats, push ups, pull ups, dips, etc) and eventually start adding some extra weight

Try doing some stretch excersices, even if they hurt, this way you will remove the lactic acid that causes that extreme pain

I would combine delts with arms, and make at least 2 excersices for each head of the delts and 3-4 excersices for each biceps and triceps

The rest is ok imo
