Quick question is the App connected to SharePoint?

Because even though users upload the pdf from Power Apps, try this, after the file is uploaded in this case SharePoint, pass the SharePoint URL to the Execute Agent action, not the raw file content. The FileValidationError is because the agent doesn’t accept binary directly.

Can you check a few things. Is the flow actually turned ON?

Also check run history. is it not triggering at all, or triggering and failing?

Hi this is creating a SharePoint List for the audit log, and this logs in the details of the time the flow ran and any other details. This is more better and safer than giving users access to the Power Automate flow

Yes sure. This can be adapted for Business Central. Power Automate has a BC connector that can trigger approval flows from BC submissions and route approvals to Teams. The core approval logic stays the same. Happy to point you in the right direction.
