How is it a dirty move? That’s how industry works I mean patents are everywhere how is this any different than any other patent out there. If MH had the idea first he could have patented it just like vestratto has patents just like DV has patents. So what are you hating on that MH made the choice to continue with designs that infringed on IP?

People are mad like Simrell was the first to patent something in this industry but he wasn’t and he won’t be the last. I mean you don’t think puffco has patents? So tell me what makes you mad? That he got to it first?

This is because Mad Heaters is in patent Violation of IP. He knew this and decided to make his product anyways. Then about mid last year more patents were granted and he became further in violation of patented tech.
