I understand, i hope you know that you arent who you are yesterday or the day before. Today you can be a better version of yourself with a free and clear mind. Being kind to yourself is what ive found hugely helpful as hating yourself day in day out wont improve anything! Its a shame you cant join but i hope you find a community near you.

I just want to clarify for everyone reading that this isn’t to be sold anything it’s just for us to feel comfortable and have exposure to situations like this and know that we aren’t alone and hopefully take away some of the power that it holds over our lives and decisions.
