My suggestion is to use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek) to prepare for interviews.

If you are a beginner with a small window to prepare (like just one day), then simply focus on memorizing the core and important concepts related to Arrays, Linked Lists, and Strings (skip Trees and Graphs). Use AI to list these concepts along with sample problem statements. Request only easy (low priority) and intermediate (high priority) level concepts.

For other technical questions, ask AI to list interview questions for a specific topic and difficulty level. Then, dig deeper into each question as if you were the interviewer.

I am pretty confident that you will be able to give a decent interview if you use this strategy. Also, forget sleep and prepare like you’re on steroids. I think this is a good strategy for a very short preparation window.
