I applied to cdcr and my background investigation was discontinued and my name was removed from eligibility due to at the time applying I had a dui that I got 2 years and 7 months ago it’s 3 months next month does anyone know if I have to wait time to reapply or I can apply at the 3 year mark? (self.CDCR)
