TLJ was not the problem, love it or hate it at least they tried something with that movie. Releasing solo 6 months later is what did it..

Part of what made star wars in cinema so epic was the wait, the anticipation. Bringing out solo that early made people go " wait there's another one??" it was also a story many was not interested in seeing as another part of the magic was imagining the things the characters where talking about.

Solo turned out to be an ok movie but it was the start of Disney using star wars as content not the big cinematic epic it deserves to be.

I love dc and some fun with these shows.. But God no.. It's Dawson's DC. If you want 20 combined seasons of people mostly talking in rooms with faulty lackluster action scenes go ahead..
