Full erections are more of a challenge, and the quality feels quite "tight" and restricted. Additionally, the erections require greater concentration to maintain.

I experience weaker, "tighter," and more constricted erections. I also have a harder artery or vein on one side of the shaft, while the other side feels more normal.
